This piece was made during summer in Iceland, there is nothing quite like it as the nights stay bright and the sunsets are always beautiful. Rhubarb is one of the sturdy plants that grow in the north and the island is covered in these purple and pink flowers. One of my favourite paintings as it represents everything I love about my home.
